ERP Software Sales Account Representative
Job Description
MIE Solutions is looking for a highly motivated ERP Software Sales Account Representative focused on following a proven sales process from prospecting to closing, with proven results. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software company, where successful candidates will be trained, mentored, rewarded and offered position growth opportunities. Ideally, our candidate will be highly motivated, excellent at working independently and with a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering an excellent experience for our future customers and the MIE team. This is a 100% IN OFFICE Sales position in Garden Grove.
The ERP Software Sales Account Representative will undergo extensive training in:
Lead generation tools (HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo)
MIE Sales processes / techniques
Presentation skills
Manufacturing methodology and processes
MIE Solutions product training
In your introductory training period, you will focus on Lead Generation through “Introductory Calls” to qualify a potential customer. The leads will then be passed to an Account Executive for product demonstration and quoting. Converted leads will be rewarded with a BDR commission.

Preferred Qualifications
Business to Business (B2B) Communications and Sales is a plus
Software as a Solution (SaaS) Software Sales is a plus
HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
ZoomInfo experience is a plus
Background in manufacturing, job shop, or custom fabrication is a plus
Overall understanding of business processes and sales processes is a plus
Sandler Sales training experience is a plus
College graduate (A.A or B.A/B.S.) is a plus
Desired Certification and Education
HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification
Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
Salary
Job Type: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
Base Salary: $21.63 - $25.96 (Depending on Experience)
