Customer Support Technician
Job Description
MIE Solutions is looking for energetic technology professionals to join their world class Software Support Team. Successful candidates for this role will have a passion for helping people, a love of continuous learning and experience in providing technical support to technical and non-technical people in a professional environment. Responsibilities:
Customer Support via phone, video conference and email for MIE Solution’s proprietary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product managing manufacturing environments throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Time Management through Google Calendar
Workload metrics and Zoho Desk customer support ticketing system.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
Detailed documentation of customer interaction and problem-solving process.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service providing superior customer satisfaction
Ability to WOW customers
Results oriented
Basic SQL experience
Strong written and verbal customer service communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to emergency situations effectively
Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing.
Ability to troubleshoot and gather information on technical issues and escalate to appropriate internal teams following defined processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Technical Support, Help Desk or Customer Support
ERP Software experience is a plus
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Finance or accounting experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Pay: $19.23 - $23.04 per hour DOE
