 Our best in industry customer support and installation team has added two new members: Phu Nguyen has been hired as Customer Service Technician and joins MIE-Solutions with over 4 years of technical software support experience with both Compass Airlines as Material & Logistics Supervisor, and T-Mobile where he was responsible for resolving application issues on customer devices. Jake Ducoing has been hired as Customer Service Technician and joins MIE Solutions with over 6 years of technical software support experience with the Regional Center of Orange County as IT Desktop Support Specialist, and with the Microcenter and Best Buy as a technical support specialist.
